Signs as Remote Supervision

Yass Valley Council is in the process of updating the signs as remote supervision within open space and recreational assets managed by the council within the Yass Valley local government area.

The installation of signs of remote supervision (SARS) intends to prevent incidents at community facilities by displaying a series of advisory, prohibitions and warning signs to tourists, the public, and community members who visit or engage in recreational activities at public facilities.

This is an ongoing project and is expected to be completed for all towns and villages within the Yass Valley local government area by 2027.
