Swimming Pools

The Yass Valley is home to two War Memorial swimming pools. Both pools cater for individual swimmers, school groups, clubs and squads.

Yass and Binalong Pools will reopen on 3 November 2025.

Applications for 2025/26 Council run swimming programs will open from 3 November. Please use the online portal to apply.

Binalong Memorial Swimming Pool

The Binalong Memorial Swimming Pool is conveniently located on the main street of Binalong. The complex has three swimming pools, the main pool being 25 meters in length and the two smaller pools catering to toddlers and young children.

The Yass Pool complex has a 50-metre Olympic sized swimming pool as well as a small, shaded pool for toddlers and young children.
