Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Documents 2025

The 2025/26 IP&R documents were placed on public exhibition on 9 May 2025 until 15 June 2025. Following consideration of community submissions, the documents were reviewed and updated. The documents were adopted by Council at the June 2025 Council Meeting.

Community Satisfaction Survey Reports

Our Community Satisfaction Surveys provide valuable insights into how residents feel about local services, facilities, and communication and are part of the suite of resources that shape our IP&R decision making process. The 2024 survey, conducted by independent research firm Taverner Research Group, gathered feedback from 400 residents across the region.

This action plan aims to addresses the key issues identified in the 2024 Community Satisfaction Survey report. The plan is structured around the main areas of concern: infrastructure, service delivery, customer service, and communication.
