Business Papers for the Council Meeting
Here you will find the agenda, attachments and minutes for all the latest Yass Valley Council meetings, which are held on the fourth Thursday of the month. We post a summary of the agenda items, together with full details about the upcoming Council Meeting, in the Events tab on our Home Page.
We are aware that some of the attachment files are very large and may be difficult to download on slow internet connections. We are working on a better solution.
Members of the public are invited to address Council during Open Forum, which precedes an Ordinary Council Meeting. A registration form to speak in Open Forum must be received no later than 4.00pm the day prior to the meeting.

Code of Meeting Practice
Councils must adopt a code of meeting practice that incorporates the mandatory provisions of the Model Meeting Code. View the Code of Meeting Practice here(PDF, 640KB).
