Yass and Binalong Pools are looking for expressions of interest for the use of the pools for water aerobics, swimming lessons or any sporting groups.

Join Our Aquatics Team!

Are you passionate about water safety and community service?

We are seeking expressions of interest for lifeguards to join our aquatics team for the upcoming summer. We offer a flexible roster with shifts across mornings (during school times), afternoons and weekends. The role provides great opportunities for skill development in emergency response and operational management.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Active water supervision across both the Yass and Binalong pools
• Incident prevention
• First aid in emergency situations

Requirements include:

• Aged 16 or over
• A current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong swimming ability
• Good communication skills and customer service abilities
• Valid working with children check
