Extraordinary Council Meeting - IP&R Documents

Council is holding an Extraordinary Council Meeting on Monday 11 May, 2026, to discuss the 2026/27 Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) documents.

These documents outline our short-term goals, budgets, infrastructure projects, service levels, and how we plan to manage assets and staff over the next year.

The IPR documents, available in the agenda papers, cover the services that matter to you - like roads, water, waste, parks and recreation, community services, sporting facilities, planning and development.

These documents will be available for Public Consultation after the Extraordinary Council Meeting.

If you’d like to speak for or against any of these items during the Public Open Forum, which will be held at 3pm on Monday 11 May in the Council Chambers, you can register to do so at this link (register by 12 noon on Monday 11 May).
