DA’s/Planning Proposals

• 16-18 Cusack Place, Yass: Change of lots sizes - post exhibition report
• DA update (Oct & Nov)

Reports to Council:

• Parkwood Border Arrangements: A proposal is being put forward to adopt an official Council position based on retaining the Parkwood Development within the Yass Valley LGA.
• Yass Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project – Implementation: Bi-monthly report
• Audit Risk and Improvement Committee: Chair’s Annual Report and TOR’s
• Tabling of Petition:  A petition has been received calling for Yass Valley Council to engage in meaningful community engagement on their Tree Management Policy.

• Yass Valley Cemeteries Management Plan and Masterplan
• Code of Meeting Practice: Post exhibition report

Finances

• Monthly Financial Report
