Thank you to our wonderful Yass Valley Community for making Christmas on Comur Street such a success!

Large crowds gathered along Comur Street to cheer on the parade featuring 90 festive floats, from a wide variety of Yass Valley Emergency Services, sporting and youth groups, local businesses, and community groups.

The diverse mix of community floats included classic cars, vintage tractors, horses, fire trucks, boats, mowers, bagpipes, concrete mixers, graders, dogs, garbage trucks and wheelchairs!

Over 50 market stallholders and 25 local businesses opened late - and reported buoyant sales and much festive spirit.

Christmas on Comur Street was made possible by our wonderful volunteers, Yass Valley Council staff and the dedicated committee members.

We particularly extend our thanks to our local business sponsors:
  • Robinsons Yass - Landscape & Haulage
  • Yass Soldiers Club
  • DeSigns by Joe
  • Genium Civil Engineering
  • Yass Valley Business Chamber
  • Patemans Power Solutions

Here are just a few photos from the parade. Thank you for being part of Christmas on Comur Street!
