Hardwicke Lane Culvert Repairs
Yass Valley Council has been successful in obtaining funding to undertake repairs to a number of damaged culverts including the large triple cell culvert over Bald Hill Creek.
Works are planned to commence on Monday 8 June 2026 and are expected to take 3 – 4 weeks to complete. During the works it will be necessary to close Hardwick Lane to through traffic from Monday 8 June 2026 to Friday 19 June 2026.
Access to each property along the road will be maintained via Morton Avenue for properties to the south of the work site, and Coolalie Road for properties to the north of the work site.
The bus operator for this route has been notified and will make arrangements with families for alternate drop off and pick up times and locations.
