Yass Valley Development Control Plan
The Yass Valley Development Control Plan (DCP) will be on exhibition on our website for a period of 56 days until 28 April 2024.
Submissions on the DCP must be made in writing to Council and will be accepted until 5pm on Monday 29 April, 2024.
The purpose of this Plan is to give effect to the aims and objectives of Yass Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 and to guide and facilitate permissible development accordingly. This Plan outlines Council’s standards for new
development and seeks to achieve the objectives of the land use zones as prescribed in Yass Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013.
