Working Together for our Community

Yass Valley Council has made a commitment to focus on, and improve, our customer service across the organisation.

We are here to work together FOR our community and WITH our community.

Yass Valley Council has a Customer Service Charter which was developed to enhance relationships and partnerships with our community and customers, as well as providing a system for continuous improvement.

Our Charter sets out Council’s service standards and explains what you, as our customer, can do if we have not delivered a service to our standard.
