Contacting the Ranger

During business hours

If you need to speak to the Ranger Services team, you can reach them through the main Customer Service line on 6226 1477.

It is important to contact the Ranger through customer service as the role has them out in the community most days. Customer Service is aware of their movements and can usually reach them if needed urgently or will create a customer service request.

After hours

There are no after-hours Ranger Services. To place dog(s) in the pound after hours, contact the On Call Duty Officer on 6226 1477.
