EOI - YVC.IA.24.2023 - Leasing of sheds

Expression of Interest - YVC.IA.24.2023

Yass Valley Council is seeking expressions of interest from individuals or organisations to lease either one or both of the below sheds located at Lot 5 Sec 7 DP 758149 18 Leake Street Bowning NSW 2582.

The lease period will be for 2 years with a further 2 x 1 year options to lease.

Shed 1.  Two Bay Colourbond Shed
Frame - C Section galvanised Steel Frame, Colour bond steel roof and sides on brick foundation with concrete slad,  two roller doors.

Shed 2. Single bay shed
Besser Brick structure with galvanised iron roof. Single entry roller door.

When submitting an EOI, interested parties need to include a description on what the sheds will be used for as well as the proposed amount of weekly rent the proponent wishes to offer to council for consideration.

Please note: Storage is not permitted on the land outside of the shed and lessees will be responsible for periodic mowing around the sheds to maintain fire safety.
