Draft Planning Proposal - Housekeeping amendment 2022

Under Schedule 1, Section 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP & A Act 1979), Council as the Local Plan Making Authority for this proposal (under Part 3 Division 3.4 of the EP & A Act 1979) gives notice of its intention to amend the Yass Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (YV LEP 2013).

The Planning Proposal PP-2022-4127 aims at undertaking a number of amendments to correct anomalies, address a number of administrative matters and zone irregularities that have become apparent since the implementation of the last housekeeping amendment to the YVLEP 2013 in the year 2018.
